- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating effectively within our team.
Additional Considerations
- Regional Advantage: Being based in or near Germany is beneficial. While we work remotely, we gather in person around twice a year for events or retreats, such as Gamescom or team getaways.
- Bonus Factors: If you've published your own game / prototype on a platform like itch.io or you actively work on game projects in your spare time, it demonstrates your dedication and passion for game development.
